Fun fact this scene with Luke and the cross was one of the very first scenes I came up with for this comic.
It’s only been like… TWO YEARS since then X’D
Yeah, I noticed the outline smudge thing too on my first readthrough last night, and apparently I was right about the implications. This is the first page I’ve noticed someone else comment on it though.
Cool subtle hint!
Hehehe, thanks :D it’s also more than a hint but that won’t come up until chapter 4
“A few different”, glad I don’t know all of what you have planned
Well only cuz it’s part of the A plot of Chapter 4. Maybe you’ll guess it later XD
Hugh and I are warming up to this Luke character, even if he is… you know… :P
“Even if he’s” what, kind of a dork?
Tbh I’m afraid to say because when I was speculating a few pages back, you had to drop out of the conversation due to spoiler concerns.
O H
Hehehehehehe yeah
I will say this: I do notice the subtle thing you did around their characters, and suspect it to be on purpose.
OH THANK GOD SOMEONE NOTICED
\o/
I’ll be doing that throughout Chapter 3 and 4 and there’s actually going to be a few different reasons for it :D
Hopefully it pays off
Question: are we also supposed to notice the cross Luked?
That was intentional c: (haha I like how “Luke” is a verb now)
@Micah
You mean the aura glowing thing? I thought it was an intentional outline smudge. I noticed it before but am only now noticing that it only applies to Hugh, Luke, and the cross here (maybe because Luke is holding it). Luke gets a white smudge but it is sorta hard to see since he is usually against a white-ish background.
Yep that’s on purpose. It’s definitely supposed to be subtle and smudge-like though.
