I should probably talk about this side character who looks like she had more than 2 minutes of effort put into her design… Because she did. And you know what that means…
She was recycled from something else!
Well, technically she wasn’t. TECHNICALLY this character was actually designed for a side story in roomie, then got the axe when she didn’t really develop a personality.
Enter a few weeks ago when I was drawing this page and had notes in the thumbnail for a side character than I never got around to designing and suddenly I was scrambling for someone to draw. I was going through character reference pics and realized I had a sad husk of an attempt at a main character lying around, and here we are.
I have absolutely no idea if she’s coming back in the story later but you never know…
So, um, I’m not sure if this is intentional, but the location tag says this page is in Hugh and Mary’s apartment.
