103:Till the dirges of his hope that melancholy burden bore
Please take a minute to vote for Roomie over on TopWebcomics, where I am posting periodic updates on my senior comic. By the way, if you’d like to be involved in proofreading that so I can make it as good as it can possibly be, please leave a comment below and I’ll email you with more instructions.
Want more pages a week? Of course you do! Donate to my coffee fund or check me out on Patreon to fund more weekly updates! And remember to please send in questions for Patreon’s monthly Q&A! Leave a comment that starts with “Patreon Q&A” or send in a question here. Thanks!
So I hate to say it, but it’s likely the quality of Roomie is gonna take a bit of a dip for the next few months. See, there’s some steps in the production process that I can do during lectures in class. But right now, I’m also on those steps in my senior project, which is taking priority. Also, my senior project schedule is a bit behind, so I’m cramming to get caught back up. Thus, Roomie pages will be a tad rushed (more than usual lol). Still, I’d rather take mediocre pages produced on time than good pages produced intermittently and possibly unpredictably. I just know from other webcomics that once you cut down an update schedule, it just keeps getting cut, and cut, and you lose readers, and it’s a mess.
But don’t worry. My senior comic will be hitting the pencils stage some time in October, and Roomie should get more time spent on it then.
(Still, taking a break every other Wednesday (or every single Wednesday) is starting to look pretty appealing right now… .-.)

Hey, Micah. Take all the time you need. I’d still read this webcomic, even if you were to take a hiatus for a while. If you need to go to once or twice a week updates, or take a week off now and then, that’s fine. I’m not going anywhere, so to speak. I am currently reading about a dozen webcomics in total, so I just bounce around reading updates whenever they’re available. One of those was on hiatus during the summer and two of those posted guest strips during convention time. So, I completely understand it if you need a short break or a long hiatus. Either way, I will still read this webcomic, so long as it’s available to the public.
By the way, great page! I totally thought this is where the scene was going. LOL Qadira telekinetically moved Mary to the sidewalk, right? Although, I guess since she’s not an inanimate object, technically, it’s some kind of mind control, and not telekinesis.
Awwww that’s so kind of you. That makes me feel a lot better. I’ll be deciding how to cut my updates this weekend and formally announce it this Monday, I think.
