Today we finally nailed down the details of the 2 week trip to Japan I’m taking with my mom this May. Now I suddenly have way more dopamine to study Japanese, let’s see how much I can accomplish in a month and a half. I’ve definitely learned more this past year than I did the 10 years prior, but I’m STILL only at a basic level. Why is it so hard uuugghhhhh.
Oh and I better get a buffer built up for the trip, but after all this work trying to make Monday updates work that might have to disappear D:

Incoming ultra generic advice: one way to learn a new language watch a tv show / movie you are very familiar with, but in that language, and at 0.75X speed. Firefox has lots of add ons and they work on Nexflix, Hulu, etc.
