I'm getting better at drawing backgrounds all on one layer, basically digital painting, instead of separate layers for inks and colors. There isn't REALLY a benefit to doing this, but it DOES save a little time and make it easier to reuse backgrounds and add blur effects and stuff.

Hopefully the next ones will be shorter, but probably not. 100-200 pages is just a REALLY NICE length for graphic novels okay???

hm, so there *are* some subtle differences in the symbols they´re using….and shaqr is obviously more affected then orev. i wonder, is he orev just more stoic, or are samurs heavenly(?) symbols more effective?

  More like Orev’s not in control, so we can’t see the effect- it’ll hurt Hugh too, but not as much. But yeah also Orev is the definition of stoic.
